Emotion
The estate is fortunate enough to cultivate a rare, exceptionally beautiful plot that produces white Chinon in the iconic “La Croix Boissée” locality. Highly regarded within the appellation, La Croix Boissée is a south-facing hillside terroir with high limestone content that gives the wines great body and a very distinctive, lively character. Our Chenin grapes are planted on chalky yellow tuffeau soil and benefit from optimal sunlight for the ripening of the berries.
