The story of Domaine de la Chapelle begins in 2022, a few kilometers east of Chinon, in a vineyard protected by the Vienne River to the south and the hillside to the north.

In truth, it all began long before that.

First, wind and water tirelessly sculpted the rock to shape the landscape. Then man planted the vine. It's all there, and yet it all has to be redone, vintage after vintage. Patience and humility. A team's quest for excellence.
